Tom Montross
Tom Montross is the new Division Director for the Division of Central Services (DCS), responsible for managing the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP), Integrated Document Solutions (IDS), and State Archives.
Tom has more than 20 years of operations and logistics management experience across a wide range of industries, including his most recent role as the Distribution Manager of the Rocky Mountain region for VWR International, a global distributor of laboratory equipment and supplies.
Tom is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has led numerous continuous improvement projects with an emphasis on efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement. Tom is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, and earned his M.B.A. and M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver.
Tom has lived in Colorado for most of the last 25 years, and he enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and exploring the canyons of the desert southwest. He currently lives in Denver with his wife and daughter.
