Mel Wilkerson — Account Manager

Melissa (Mel) Wilkerson has been part of the IDS Account Managers team since it was created as IDS Customer Service and with the State of Colorado for more than 20 years. She is well-versed in the production environment and customer relations with professional knowledge of traditional and digital print, bindery, mail, and design – anything related to document solutions.
 
Mel started in the downtown Quick Copy Center and was responsible for running the 1575 Sherman location for a few years before all downtown locations moved and consolidated to the North Campus facility.
 
After five years in Quick Copy and the production environment, she moved into a newly created Customer Service role where she helped craft the new Enterprise Print Management System component details. Her extensive knowledge of digital production helped guide customers on the best options for their finished products. To this day, Mel believes that helping the customer better understand printing and mailing is essential to making their project experience easier and final materials more professional. 

Mel enjoys baking and decorating delicious goodies and going to the mountains for family fun, which include hiking and bike riding. "It sure is great living in Colorado!"
