First-Class Mail
First-Class mailing prices are increasing by 4.2%. Savings for Metered Letters remain at $.03 per letter. Savings for Certified Mail with electronic return receipts remain $1.25 with no volume requirements.
Certified Mail fee increases to $4.15
• Total 1-ounce Certified Mail cost increases to $8.10 for Retail Return Receipt (Green Card)
• Total 1-ounce Certified Mail cost would be $6.85 for the electronic Return Receipt

• Single Piece Library Mail increases to $3.47 up to 1lb
• Single Piece Media Mail increases to $3.67
