The Colorado Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is a statewide program that provides survivors of stalking, sexual assault, and domestic violence with a legal substitute address and mail forwarding. Under Colorado law, all state and local government agencies must accept a participant’s substitute address. ACP services are intended to enhance a comprehensive safety plan and contribute to increased survivor safety.
Since its inception in July of 2008, the ACP has served over 15,000 survivors.
ACP Services
The ACP is operating on a normal business schedule. ACP services are continuing to be provided without delays or interruptions.
The ACP accepts service of process for current program participants from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Questions about ACP and personal service can be directed to the ACP at 303-866-2208 or acp@state.co.us.
