IDS Fiscal Year-End Project Deadlines

Fiscal Year 2025 timelines for any IDS jobs/projects that require completion and billing by the end of the fiscal year, June 30.

Graphic Design Services

For larger/multi-faceted type design projects, please plan to submit by Thursday, May 1, 2025. For smaller design projects, submit by Monday, June 2, 2025. Most graphic design work requires multiple rounds of proofs that require additional time. These timelines assume that all materials are final content and ready to process.

Commercial or Offset Printing

For larger print jobs and those requiring commercial-level printing, submit them by Monday, June 2, 2025. Depending on the complexity, lead times are usually no less than five (5) days, yet possible to be two (2) weeks or longer.

Copy Services

For larger quick copy jobs, submit them by Friday, June 6, 2025. For smaller jobs, the standard is our 24 to 48-hour lead time. If you have any work that must be billed for FY25 (June 30), it is critical to communicate this information to the IDS Denver Customer Account Team.

Scanning Services

For larger scan jobs (21+ boxes), submit them by Tuesday, April 15, 2025. For smaller scan jobs (1-20 boxes), submit them by Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Any scanning project scheduled for completion by June 30 that requires OT will be charged at the one and one-half (1 1/2) times rate if received after April 30, 2025.  

We will do our very best to ensure that all work that is a must to be billed by the end of June 2025 is completed before the last working day of the month. If you have any work that must be billed for FY25, it is critical to communicate this information to our IDS Denver Customer Account Team or the Pueblo Team for scanning projects. We ask that if you plan to send us work, please try to contact us at least one week in advance.
