Data Conversion is managed through the IDS southern region facility where paper documents are converted to digital images or digital data, and to the format of choice. IDS is well-equipped with the resources, technology, and experience for handling large, complex projects including:

• Call Center Capabilities

• Database Creation: Excel/Access

• Database: Connect to a customer's system & use their software to update their files

• Direct Mail Responses

• Form Design

• Form Imaging

• Image Processing

• Manual Data Entry: Keying of select information from a hardcopy or data/image file & storing the data in a specified data format

• OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

• Surveys/Questionnaires: Mail your responses directly to IDS, we'll produce the reports

• Web-based & Online Services: Connect to web-based programs
   

All southern region staff are cleared to work with highly confidential and HIPAA compliant documents, by passing a strict CBI background check and signing confidentiality agreements.
