Multifunction printers (MFP) in an office environment become the center of a complete productivity ecosystem. The MFP is the new on-ramp into digital workflow, providing secure digital fax solutions, secure platforms to scan to cloud-based applications, and the ability to scan into the statewide enterprise content management systems.
Multifunction printers in the future state will require secure, two-way authentication to have access to features of cloud-based, mobile printing, service applications, and secure printing and copying to improve printing and scanning experiences for today's business.
