Job Estimates, Requests, Digital File Uploads

There are a few different request forms for IDS services as well as different ways to submit jobs/files. If you haven't used one of our request forms before or have questions, please contact the Denver IDS Customer Account Management Team before preparing any design, print, or mail project or, for Pueblo related services contact diana.wiant@state.co.us or kait.clough@state.co.us.

The location of the service or contact does not affect the logistics of the project. Our staff will work with you on getting your project processed without any added travel or delay.

We would like everyone to process/request jobs/projects through the IDS Digital Storefront but we will continue to accept the PDF versions at this time. We will be transitioning over fully to the Digital Storefront later in 2022.

Design/Print/Mail

To submit a design, print and/or mail processing job (not delivery), please provide a completed Request Form — simply submit directly to IDS along with each project to DPA_IDSCustomerService@state.co.us or use our Digital Storefront or FTP to upload files

Digital Files/FTP Uploads

IDS is equipped to receive your files directly via e-mail or FTP; please contact the Customer Account Management Team at 303-866-4100 option 1, or via e-mail at DPA_IDSCustomerService@state.co.us
